After installing and activating this plugin, your “Membership Cancel” page will be automatically updated to require members to enter a “Reason” before they can cancel membership.

The user’s submitted “Reason” will be added to the member and admin cancellation email content. The “Reason” is stored in the Edit Order Page.

This addon works with and requires Paid Memberships Pro.

Additionally, unlike recurring payments with traditional methods, crypto payments are one-time only, meaning you won't be charged again unless you choose to renew your membership. No, memberships purchased with cryptocurrency are allocated manually. While this process is typically completed within 2 hours, we ask that you allow up to 24 hours after sending your crypto payment for your membership to be activated.
