Meta Box User Avatar
Meta Box User Avatar is a WordPress plugin that provides you with a simple way to add custom avatars for users. Since WordPress only supports Gravatar and doesn’t allow users to upload/use their own images as avatars, this plugin will help you solve this problem.
Once you installed Meta Box User Avatar plugin, you’ll see a new option in your profile or when you edit a user to choose a Custom Profile Picture, as shown in the screenshot above. After selecting a picture, it will be used everywhere on your site in the place of the old gravatar (comments, author info, etc.).
In order to use Meta Box User Avatar plugin, you need Meta Box installed and activated. The necessary extensions are already bundled in the plugin, so you don’t need to install and activate them separately. The extensions used in this plugin: MB User Meta
