Why is the currency displayed in £GBP, and how are cryptocurrency top-ups converted into the account balance?
Before transitioning to cryptocurrency, our products were priced in £GBP. To avoid confusion for our existing members, we’ve decided to continue using £ as our primary currency when purchasing individual products. Your account balance is displayed in £, and all top-ups are converted into their £ value.
For example, at the time of writing, £1 is equivalent to $1.24 USD. Since our primary cryptocurrency is USDC on the Solana network (where 1 USDC equals 1.00 USD), this means that for every £1 top-up, 1.24 USDC will be charged.
This approach ensures a seamless experience for all users while maintaining consistency in pricing.
Can I purchase products / membership without using cryptocurrency?
Unfortunately, no. We recently transitioned membership plans to cryptocurrency payments due to rising transaction costs and fraud. This decision helps us maintain high-quality service for all users while keeping costs low. Crypto payments offer secure, end-to-end transactions, providing peace of mind for both parties. Additionally, unlike recurring payments with traditional methods, crypto payments are one-time only, meaning you won't be charged again unless you choose to renew your membership. Rest assured, your membership benefits remain exactly the same. You can still purchase individual products by adding funds to your account balance.
Will my membership be activated immediately after payment?
No, memberships purchased with cryptocurrency are allocated manually. While this process is typically completed within 2 hours, we ask that you allow up to 24 hours after sending your crypto payment for your membership to be activated.
Don’t worry—you won’t lose any time on your membership. The start date will only begin once it’s added to your account.
How Does Topping Up Your Account Balance Work?
Your account balance functions as a digital wallet on our website, providing a convenient and flexible way to shop.
