On the below dates we will be performing scheduled maintenance as always this is an advanced notice.
During this time some services will be affected please see below for more information.

Max Approximate time: 72 Hours
What is available during these times.
- Accessing Purchases & Downloading products already on the site will be available as normal
- Purchasing Products/Membership and Renewing existing Membership will be available as normal.
- Customer support tickets can still be submitted (see notes below)
- Update request can still be submitted (see notes below)
What is not available or may have delays.
- Accessing & Downloading products updates (No updates will be added to the website during the Scheduled maintenance) We Expect alot of updates arriving 2023-03-13
- Support tickets will be delayed. Please don't expect a reply during our Scheduled maintenance period. All tickets received during the Scheduled maintenance will be answered ASAP following the completion of Scheduled maintenance.
- Requests for updates made while the maintenance is underway will be processed as soon as it is finished.
Why are we doing this?
We update our servers regularly to ensure that all features are working properly with the latest updates and bug fixes. Along with ensuring all issues behind the scenes are addressed.
