Manual Crypto Transfer (Using Coinbase or Binance as Examples)

We exclusively accept USDC on the Solana network because of its low transaction fees compared to other blockchains. Depending on your country, our payment provider may offer additional cryptocurrency options or payment methods, but the final amount we receive will always be in USDC. Rest assured, we don’t add any extra fees beyond the crypto cost, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.
If you face an issue with our default provider, Hel.io, or prefer using a crypto exchange or another provider, follow these steps. This example uses Coinbase and Binance, but the process is similar for other platforms or wallets.
Step 1: Start the Checkout Process
Go to our crypto checkout page and proceed to checkout.
Choose Hel.io as the payment method.
This will:
Generate the total amount in USDC you need to send.
Save your order as “pending payment.”
Write down the total amount in USDC. For example, if the total is 62.1749 USDC, round it up to 62.18 USDC for accuracy.
Change the checkout option to Manual Crypto Transfer and Continue to Checkout.
This will send an email to your inbox with these instructions, and our crypto wallet address for sending USDC.
Step 2: Understanding Fees
Some exchanges (like Binance) charge a withdrawal fee for sending USDC even on the solana chain.
For Binance: Add 2 USDC to the total (e.g., for 62.18 USDC, purchase 64.18 USDC).
For Coinbase: There’s no withdrawal fee, so purchasing 62.18 USDC is enough.
Always double-check the withdrawal fees with your exchange before proceeding.
Step 3: Purchase USDC on Your Exchange or Wallet
Log into Coinbase, Binance, or your preferred wallet.
Buy the required amount of USDC (accounting for any fees).
Step 4: Sending USDC to Our Wallet
On Coinbase:
Go to your USDC balance, select Transfer & Send Crypto, and choose USDC.
Select the Solana network* and enter the amount (e.g., 62.18 USDC).
Copy and paste our wallet address exactly as provided in the email.
Preview the transaction, then send.
On Binance:
Go to your USDC balance, select Withdraw & Send via Crypto Network.
Enter our wallet address received via email (make sure it’s accurate).
Select the Solana network*.
For “Address Origin,” choose Wallet/Other/N/A (you can save it with a label for future use but always check the wallet hasn't changed if you repeat the process in future).
Enter the total amount (e.g., 64.18 USDC to include the withdrawal fee).
Double-check all details, then confirm and withdraw.
Step 5: Wait for Confirmation
Transfers usually take a few minutes but may take longer during network congestion.
Once we receive the funds, your account will be credited with the membership or funds.
