Further changes to the website Billing & Payments methods

Further to our previous communication, we would like to express our sincere appreciation to our loyal customers for their continued support. Over the past year, our growing membership has presented challenges, including fraudulent transactions and chargebacks, which have impacted our ability to maintain the low prices and high-quality service you value.
To address these challenges and ensure a secure and seamless experience for everyone, we have introduced a new cryptocurrency checkout on the site.
At the top of the site, you will now see two baskets.
We have provided a clear explanation of the purpose and benefits of each basket to help guide you through the process. (New basket guide)
To offer you greater flexibility, we have also reinstated crypto top-ups. These are safe, secure, and allow you the freedom to choose between memberships or individual product purchases.
We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we adapt to these changes. These updates are designed with your best interests in mind, and we remain committed to providing you with excellent service and products. Thank you for being a valued part of our community.

The benefits of paying with cryptocurrency include:

I’m currently on a subscription plan. Do I need to do anything?
Answer:
No, if you’re already subscribed and your billing is active, you don’t need to take any further action. Your plan will continue as usual, and you’ll be charged for the same plan and duration unless you decide to cancel it.
However, if your payment provider encounters issues (such as 2-3 failed billing attempts), your subscription may be automatically cancelled. In that case, you would need to resubscribe to an available monthly plan to regain access.
Question:
I recently cancelled my subscription. Can I sign up again for my old plan?
Answer:
No, we’ve made changes to our subscription model and now only support cryptocurrency plans. If you’d like to rejoin, you’re welcome to subscribe to a new plan and resume enjoying all the benefits of membership. Unfortunately, older plans are no longer available and cannot be reactivated.

Will the old plans return?
Answer:
It’s highly unlikely that the old plans will be reinstated.

Can I still buy individual plugins and themes?
Answer:
Yes, we continue to offer individual plugin and theme purchases. However, you first need to top up your account as explained in our (New basket guide)
