We offer a wide range of products, numbering in the thousands, each of which receives updates as promptly as possible. However, the update process is manual, so we kindly ask that you Read me before requesting an update.
Our service aims to provide the WordPress community with access to premium themes and plugins through a single membership or individual purchase.
Over time, certain products may no longer receive updates. This can happen for various reasons, such as the expiration of our licenses with the original developers, decisions not to renew licenses due to costs or disagreements, or low demand for specific products.
In such cases, neither we nor our customers will have access to the latest versions of those products. To help you identify outdated products, we include a “(12m+)” marking next to any product last update date, this is to say that the product hasn’t been updated for 12 months or longer. While this often indicates that we may no longer support the product, it will remain available online for purchase until it is deemed necessary to remove it.
If you require an update for a product, you are welcome to open a support ticket. However, please understand that if the product is no longer available to us, we cannot provide updates. Additionally, some developers provide fewer updates or features under GPL licensing, making it difficult for us to always justify renewal or inclusion. (A feature or function does not work on my plugin or theme.)
Product Retirement and Developer Changes
Occasionally, developers discontinue products or cease providing updates, which may result in us being unable to continue offering those products. Similarly, we may choose to remove older products from our website to maintain the quality and relevance of our repository.
Please note that the version of the product available at the time of purchase is considered delivered and complete. Our complimentary lifetime updates service is provided at our discretion, as outlined in our terms and conditions.
Due to the nature of our repository, we do not provide direct support for specific themes, plugins, or WooCommerce extensions included in your membership or purchase.
Our support is limited to resolving issues directly related to your experience with our platform, such as problems with downloads, navigation, or accessing our website. However, we cannot assist with issues related to the product developer, such as customization requests, version-specific failures, or other developer-related concerns.
